分步固定式切割机Fixed step cutting machine工作原理Working Principle:翻转吊具把模具空中翻90度后脱模把坯体连同模具侧板放置在切割小车后，切割小车通过电机启动自身行走缓缓地通过纵切装置纵切完成后，切割小车再行走至横切装置中央位置停止后，横切装置启动，横切架自上而下垂直降落，对坯体进行横向切割，切割直至上升复位Turning over sling turns the mould with 90 degree and demoulds it, the cake together with the side board of the mould are placed on the cutting cart. Open the motor, the cutting cart moves slowly through the vertical cutting device to complete the cutting. Then it moves to the middle of the cutting device and stops there, the cross cutting device is started at this moment.
